Privacy Policy

The short version

AMWAP — Track Your Wins is a local-first iPhone app. Everything you log — your wins and your reminder settings — stays on your device. There is no account to create, no login, no cloud sync, and no server that receives your data. AMWAP contains no analytics, no advertising, and no cross-app tracking. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information.

Who this policy covers

Data in the app

The wins you record and the reminder preferences you choose are stored only in a database on your own iPhone. This information is not transmitted to us or to any third party. It is not backed up to our servers because we do not operate a server for the app.

• No account, sign-up, email, or password is required to use the app.
• No usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking SDKs are included.
• The app does not track you across other apps or websites.
• The app functions fully offline.

Reminders and notifications

AMWAP can send optional local reminder notifications. These are scheduled on your device by iOS — they do not use push servers and do not send any device token or data to us. The app only asks for notification permission after you choose to enable and save a reminder, and it remains fully usable if you decline. You can turn reminders off inside the app or in your iOS Settings at any time.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control of it:

• Delete individual wins directly inside the app.
• Deleting the AMWAP app from your iPhone permanently removes its on-device database and everything you logged. Deleted data cannot be recovered by us, because we never had a copy.

Support email you send us

If you choose to email us for support or feedback, we receive whatever you include in that message — for example your email address and anything you write or attach. We use it only to respond to you and to improve AMWAP, and we keep it no longer than needed for that purpose. Emailing us is entirely voluntary; the app never sends your wins or usage data to us on its own.

This website and the waitlist

If you join the early access list on this website, we collect the email address you submit so we can send you launch updates. The waitlist is handled by Kit, and privacy- friendly, cookieless traffic measurement may be provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.

Children

AMWAP is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed to children. Because the app collects no personal data, no information about children is gathered.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. For app data, you already hold it directly on your device and can delete it at any time. For the waitlist email you gave us, contact hello@shanemelaugh.com and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If AMWAP's data practices change — for example if a future version adds a feature that handles data differently — we will update this policy and revise the date above. The current version is always available at amwap.app/privacy.
